达福中文学校

达福中文学校(QD Academy)于2006年9月在美国德州达拉斯地区成立。目前学校设有课后班、周末班和乒乓球俱乐部。学校以杰出的基础设施，优秀的师资队伍为显著特点。达福中文学校以教授中文，提高学生中文水平，弘扬中华文化，为学生提供一个安全优良的学习与活动环境，为家长提供方便，为社区服务为宗旨。学校以教书育人，教授和辅导学生学习，使其健康成长，让家长放心为办学理念。学校以校董事长为领导，实行校长负责的校务会管理运作体系。学校积极参与社区及各华人团体组织的各类文化交流活动，努力在多元文化环境中，为凝聚华人力量，传播与弘扬中华文化作贡献。

达福中文学校持德州州政府颁发的执照，是大达拉斯地区设施最好的中文学校，学校有十几间明亮标准的教室；有宽敞的全场篮球场地；有硬木地板及整面落地镜的多功能演艺厅；体育馆的乒乓球训练基地有十几张乒乓球桌课供训练和比赛使用。

达福中文学校在中文教学中注重学生们从听、说、读、写四个方面的全面发展。学校采取小班制教学。课后学校不仅仅每星期开设两天中文课，还天天复习中文。周末学校提供各种层次的中文课程。学校每年举办多姿多采的大型活动，如每年一度的“中秋诗词朗诵会”，“在达福中文学校过中国年春节大型游艺会”， “语言文化汇演”和“中文演讲比赛”，“美工艺术展”等。学生在这些活动中不但展现他们的才艺和智慧，还锻炼了交流的能力并增强了自信。

After school hours are a critical time for young students. Many parents wish their children to not only have a safe place to go after school, but also have an opportunity to learn more and better. In response to the need, QD Academy (达福中文学校) was established in 2006. It was moved to the current address, 4100 Legacy Dr, Plano, Texas in April, 2007. Since its founding, QD Academy has been consistently successful in providing high quality education.

Students’ safety is always the top priority of all QD staff.  QD Academy has been making every effort to establish a secure, orderly, supportive and happy learning environment for all students. This certified and Texas State License holding school is designed for students with excellent after-school and weekend programs.

At QD Academy, students will receive assistance to complete homework, deepen understanding of what they have learned at regular school, extend knowledge base, promote problem solving skills, and enhance performance in academic area.

We also offer many optional classes to help students attain proper all-round growth and development.

QD Academy has the best after-school campus in Dallas area with spacious and bright classrooms, standard-sized basketball court, beautiful performance hall, gym housing more than ten regulation table tennis tables.

These excellent facilities have been the training ground to both champions and students who just enjoy sports and physical activities. The QD Table Tennis Program especially gleans success: QD players have won championships in levels ranging from local to national. QD Academy is the perfect balance between academic and nurturing environments, propping it to be the best Chinese school in the Dallas area.
